I have a serious heel pain. It is right now restricting free movement. Plus my job requires me to be on my feet for at least 3 hours a day and it is killing me. If you know any remedy, quick and hassle free preferably, please let me know. I have not even been working out; so have no clue what is causing it.

  1. Aww...I completely sympathise! I've had heel pain for 4 months now and its a killer!

    Firstly heel pain needs rest. There's no way around it. Take a couple of day + a weekend off and take complete rest.

    Secondly, ice it everyday after you get home for about 10 minutes. Even on a day it doesn't hurt ice it - don't be lazy. heel pain starts with internal inflammation and icing helps!

    when the pain subsides...do heel stretching exerices and be careful. DO NOT over exert or it could become long term like for me! :(
